Refund & Cancellation Policy

Tryout Registration Is Free
There is no fee to register for OilCats tryouts, so there is nothing to refund at registration. If your player is selected to the roster, any program fees — and how refunds and withdrawals work for them — will be communicated separately, and this page will be updated to reflect that policy.
Withdrawing Before or After Selection
A family may withdraw a tryout registration at any time by emailing us — there's no cost or process involved. A player who withdraws from the roster after selection should also let us know as soon as possible so we can plan around it; if fees are involved at that point, they're handled under whatever payment policy is in effect at the time, or under our Code of Conduct in the case of a dismissal.
Event & Tryout Cancellations
If OilCats cancels a tryout, training session, or event — for weather, facility availability, or another reason on our end — we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule it, and will always tell you what happened and why.
